I am a LIS student who will be graduating from the University of Kentucky in May of this year. My interests are in health sciences librarianship, patient advocacy, crisis communications, disaster management, web archiving, and oral history. I’m currently working as a Special Volunteer with the National Library of Medicine (NLM) in their History of Medicine Division, and have recently completed work with the Risks Sciences Department of the University of Kentucky on a project about online activism that will hopefully be published in the near future.
When I’m not working on school related work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading fiction, and creating works of art. I also love the television show Psych and anything about pop culture!
